This development comes in the wake of the legal challenge mounted by the presidential candidates of the Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi, and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar, who are contesting the victory of President Bola Tinubu in the presidential election held on February 14th.
The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, had declared Tinubu winner of the last presidential election.
