The German coach Joachim Low has come under increasing pressure following Germany’s poor form in their recent outings.
The German national team has been under heavy criticism following some abysmal performances in recent times. Most recently, the 6-0 loss to Spain, which has further compounded the woes for Joachim Low’s men.
The loss to Spain in Seville was Germany’s heaviest defeat since 1931 and it also ended the team’s chances of qualifying for the Nations league final four. Low had said after the game that he had no plans to resign after 14 years at the helm.
The German federation, known as DFB, said the December 4the executive committee meeting will examine ‘’the overall development of the team in the last two years’’ since the group-stage exit from the last world cup in Russia, and also in particular, the heavy loss to Spain.
