Praise, Tribute as Deaconess Oluyemisi Taylor’s Burial Set to Hold
The family of Deaconess Oluyemisi Olubunmi Taylor (Nee Sogbesan ) has announced the burial arrangement of their matriarch who died on the 5th of October at the age of 75. She was born in 1946.
According to information posted on a dedicated website for the deceased, Mrs Taylor, fondly called OMOGE by her children was a source of encouragement and inspiration to anyone who came in contact with her.
It added that she was a notable woman of faith whose trust in God was unwavering.
She would be missed, they sobbed, saying “Heaven gained a profitable soldier and the hosts rejoice at your arrival.”
In a tribute by Wisdom Odiatu, a granddaughter, recalled her angelic trait, saying “Your teachings, words of advice will forever be remembered, your prayers God will answer,thank you for your display of love even though it was in a very disciplined manner, i will by God’s grace fulfill all you wanted for me.
In her tribute, Olufunmi Agboola, her daughter, extolled the virtuous, courageous, and religious life spent by Mrs Taylor.
According to her, “No amount of words can really express how much you meant and how much you’re worth. …..You were a Strong Pillar, a Firm and Devoted Mother, who had great taste for excellence and Godly virtues.
“God indeed was your greatest asset and you shared Him with us unconditionally. I salute your boldness and courage even in the time of adversity, you did not give up on God your Eternal Confidence.
“You were indeed more than a conqueror…… rest on in the bosom of your Maker. Grateful to God you finished strong and finished well,” she praised.
Service of songs and Christian wake comes up on Thursday, 10th November, 2022 while lying in state at her residence by 7am-8am by Blk M10, Jakande Estate, Oke-Afa Isolo, Lagos.
Also, funeral service would be 9am at Gospel Pentecostal Assembly, Terbanacle of Solution, Opp Block 265, Jakande Estate.
