Osun: Two Samaritans Deliver Baby Boy From Mentally ill Mother

John Mary, a two-year-old boy, and his mentally ill mother were found abandoned in the middle of the road in Okinni, Egbedore Local Government Area, Osun State.

According to a press statement from the Nigerian Police, Dada Estate Division, Osogbo, the infant was saved by two good Samaritans in the Kokonbilo Area of Okinni.

In the statement, it was made clear that the case of the kidnapped child had first been transported to Jaleyemi Hospital Motherless Babies Home for proper care before being reported to the Nigeria Police.

In order to take further action, the release urges members of the public who may have pertinent information regarding the boy’s family, relatives, or unsound mother to get in touch with the Nigeria Police’s Dada Estate Division.
