Nigerian Content Continues to Flood Netflix: movie ‘Citation’ set to be released

Much anticipated Nigerian movie, ‘Citation’ has been confirmed to be dropping on November 6th, 2020 on Netflix.

The movie, created by popular film maker, Kunle Afolayan, is based on sexual harassment, a theme inspired from one of the scandalous reports of 2019. However, the film will not be going the line of the usual theatrical release prior to a video on demand release.

Afolayan confirmed back in August that ‘Citation’ will finally make its debut on Netflix after months of deliberations.

One of the side attractions of the movie is that it will see Temi Otedola, daughter of oil mogul, Femi Otedola, make her maiden debut on the film scene as a lead character in the movie.
