Nigeria’s President, Muhammadu Buhari is at the moment presiding over the weekly meeting of the Federal Executive Council.
This meeting is going on at the Council Chamber of the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
Some members of the Executive Council are present while others joined virtually from their different locations.
It is expected that the President at the meeting will address the issue of continuous shooting at protesting youths by the different security units in various parts of the country.
As of the time of filing this report, there is an eyewitness account of gunshots at Lekki, Lagos State.
