From being the Miss Ebony World 2020-2021, Stephanie Nwogu has before now dedicated many years to many acts of successes and excellence.

Based in MD/DC Metropolitan area, Stephanie is a proud Nigerian-American born of two Nigeria natives. Her father hails from Obizi UmuireEzinhhtte-Mbaise Local government in South Eastern part of Nigeria while her mother hails from Umuosu Okaiuga, Umuahia local government in Abia state.

Not just is Stephanie a beauty to behold, she also has real interest in intellectual development, with a background in Political science and Information Technology. Interestingly, she is a senior database manager for the United States Department of Veteran Affairs.

Her love for the society also includes identifying with her ancestral roots, a value she is proud to show off as an advisory board member and former director of events for Express Igbo, a non-profit organization.

In an unprecedented development, Stephanie was named Miss Africa USA, Cultural Ambassador in 2019; this mirrors her works in culture promotion and development from the diaspora.
As another milestone, she was appointed as the multicultural commissioner for the Prince George’s County state attorney’s office.

Stephanie is also the founder of the S.H.I.N.E platform dedicated to Service, Honor, and Innovate, Network and Empower Africa and its next generation. Her love for Africa and commitment to the African cause remains very huge and unmatched.

She believes that with the talent in Africa, there should be more home grown jobs and opportunities for Africans and at such her organization is committed to this.
Stephanie sees the gap in employment rate in Africa as alarming and through the S.H.I.N.E initiative aims to help youth create entrepreneurial ventures and tech-driven start-ups geared toward enhancing the economic structure and development of Africa and beyond.
Stephanie believes that African youths deserve to shine and giving this opportunity is a worthwhile dream.
Already, the EXCEL MAGAZINE INTERNATIONAL, a global media brand has identified her work as exemplary and key to achieving excellence on the African continent, with the Chief Executive Officer of the Excel Global media group and publisher of Excel Magazine International, Boniface Ihiasota, describing her initiative as Phenomenal.

He also expressed the Magazine’s readiness to celebrate outstanding youths such as Stephanie who have taken it upon themselves to promote the African cause.
“We are continually committed to the youth cause and we are glad to identify with Stephani” Boniface noted.
