Juergen Klopp’s side continued their winning run in the season as they overcame Arsenal 3-1 at Anfield. The win is Liverpool’s third win of the season.
The Visitors got off to a flying start after Alexandre Lacazette gave the gunners the lead in the 25th minute.
However, goals from Sadio mane, Andrew Robertson and new signing diogo Jota were enough to secure victory for the reds. The win sees Liverpool maintain their 100% start to the new season.
Arsenal on the other hand, record their first loss of the campaign. Arteta’s side got off to a flying start after taking the lead, but some sloppy play and missed chances saw them Lose at Anfield.
The win takes Liverpool to 2nd place, equal on points with league leaders Leicester. Arsenal remain in 5th.
