In a bid to ensure celebration of outstanding Africans in Diaspora, the Excel Magazine International has launched a special magazine production termed the Excel African Diaspora Heroes.
The magazine which is a pull-out celebrates outstanding individuals who are of African descent and have made their mark representing Africa in diaspora.
The Excel Magazine Team takes a critical look at issues such as excellence, personality and the impact of select personality on the continent inclusive of their acceptance in their chosen field.
For this edition, there is the Excel Magazine Man of the year, Excel Queen among other high ranking personalities.
The Excel Queen of the month goes to the first outstanding female personality based in diaspora who reaches out to us for her birthday celebration.
The monthly Digital production which comes at a free rate to our readers across the globe will further cement projection of Africa and Africans to the world and also will help achieve celebration of excellence while encouraging Africans in diaspora to prioritize great values that can show the continent in great light.
In the words of the Publisher of the Excel Magazine International, Ihiasota Boniface, the idea to celebrate Africans in diaspora in a magazine specially dedicated to them came with the role Africans and blacks are playing in determining the globe policies, structures and key decision making processes
“We need to celebrate our own continent and Africans who continue to play a key role in the globe and at Excel that remains our key commitment” he noted.
In this edition, after careful selection process and vetting, we have chosen to celebrate the personalities below;
Anthony Joshua: A British-Nigerian Boxer, Joshua has taken the world by storm, showing values that has created hope for Africans across the globe. His feat in the boxing field and mentorship his personality has provided has not gone unnoticed. While Joshua’s mother is Nigerian, his father is of the Nigerian and Irish Ancestry. He has won 23 of his 24 fights. As a brand we identify his commitment to excellence, starting from being an amateur to a world recognized professional fighter and not denying his roots in the process. He has always identified with Nigeria and Africa as a whole; this we find thrilling plus his successes and thus makes him deserving of our celebration
Lilian Chidoka : Lilian is based in the United Kingdom. She has through expertise led the Barnet Tribe Night, worked in the Nigerian High Commission in London, she is also highly successful when it comes to the fashion industry, mentorship and management. While today is her birthday, the Excel Magazine International recognizes her zeal to ensure that the African continent is well celebrated across the globe leading proper representation of Africans through this process. This edition speaks about her and wishes her a happy birthday. She is Excel Magazine International Queen of the month and well-deserving of it at that! The significance of December 25 which happens to be her birthday also contributed to our decision for her emerge as Excel Queen of t\he Month.
Kaycee Madu: When we talk of history, the first black Minister of Justice in Canada, Justice Kaycee Madu ticks all the boxes. Not only has he made history, he has earned rare praise globally and is a worthy representative of Africa on the globe. He has also shown that color should not be a barrier to reaching for the top. His many successes are mentioned in this special magazine. We are particularly thrilled by his courage on his way to the top and what his emergence as justice Minister in Canada has meant for Africa, thus our thought of him deserving every celebration possible.
Dr. Onyeama Ogbuagbu: A Nigerian born United State of America based Doctor and researcher, the name Onyeama is synonymous to success and mirrors what Africans can achieve regardless of where they are. With his lead role in the Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine breakthrough and many other successes he has had, Onyeama deserves worthy mention and celebration by the Excel magazine International thus his feature in this Digital Edition of the magazine.
Chika Duru: Chief Chika Duru is a Philanthropist who has impacted many lives across the globe and is based in the United Kingdom, apart from being a philanthropist, she is also a successful businesswoman and leader. Her repute earned her leadership of the People’s Democratic Party in the United Kingdom. She also introduced the ChikkTea that consists of mainly has natural contents from Africa.
The Excel Magazine International is proud of her commitment to promotion of Africa and African values especially on the globe using her own person, her brand and her platforms. She makes the list as one of the Excel outstanding woman of the month.
Rosemary Abusomwan : A Nigerian based in the Ireland, Rosemary is a fashion expert and a successful business-woman. She deserves mention as an Excel Magazine Outstanding woman of the month with her effective use of her media towards promoting fashion and giving Africa a great repute in Ireland.
Moji Taiwo: A successfully accomplished Nigerian Canadian, this edition features her dexterity, hard-work and selflessness in mentorship and leadership. We capture how her values have earned her international attention and mention. She is also one of our outstanding women of the month.
Juliet Zebulon: A doyen of technology and engineering, Juliet is an outstanding individual whose contribution to cyber-security in the United States of America is in no small measure. Today is her birthday and she deserves worthy celebration. The Excel magazine International is particularly proud of her excellence in her field which requires lot of rigor and professionalism
Charles Osuji: Charles is a successful lawyer based in Canada who started from the scratch toward making a name for himself especially given his many successes in the legal field and how he turned around his law firm to become a global brand within a short time.
