Gunmen Attack Imo INEC Office, Kill One

Unidentified militants, believed to be members of the Eastern Security Network (ESN), attacked the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) office in Imo State, resulting in the death of one guard.
The gunmen, numbering around 20, arrived at the scene in two SUVs and were dressed in ESN regalia.
They targeted staff distributing Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) at the Ahiazu Local Government Secretariat.
Excel Breaking News learnt the body of the slain guard has been taken to the morgue.
The Imo State Police Public Relations Officer was unavailable for comment at the press time.
