Four Kill In Anambra By Unknown Gunmen

On Tuesday, at the one of the popular banks in Ihiala Anambra state, four persons were seen dead and dumped on the street in Ihiala. The unfortunate occurrence aggravated fear in the community, especially on traders.

Excelbreakingnews gathered that this incident was carried out by unknown gunmen who, attacked on a family in the area and killed four persons including a pregnant woman.

It was reported that due to the incident, trader in Ihiala could not open their shops or start their daily business on Tuesday, as it was shocking and disturbing to the people in the area.

According to vanguard report, a resident illustrated how the incident affected the people and trader of the popular market, Nkwo Ogbe.

“We woke up to see the four dead bodies and we could not ascertain who killed them and the circumstances that led to their death”

“Later, we saw a vehicle drive to the area and removed the dead bodies” he illustrated.

He further disclosed that business resumed back today Wednesday following  Tuesday inactivity.

“Most traders were afraid to open their shops, but normal business has resumed today (Wednesday).

Mr Tochukwu Ikenga, Anambra State Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, also informed that investigation is currently going on in Ihiala, in order to expose the wrongdoers.
