Excel Magazine Publisher Congratulates First Black Governor of Maryland, USA
The Publisher of Excel Magazine International, Boniface Ihiasota, has congratulated Wes Moore on his emergence as first Black to be elected Governor of Maryland.
Boniface described the feat as an inspiration to all Africans resident in the United States, urging him to be a good ambassador of all and sundry who believes in his aspiration and capability.
Although Moore has never held public office, he has swiftly become a rising star among Democrats, receiving the support of both national Democrats and notable figures such as Oprah Winfrey, President Biden, and former President Barack Obama.
Moore, a political newcomer is a longtime businessman and philanthropist who ran on a platform of eliminating childhood poverty and ensuring Maryland remains a state dedicated to reproductive rights.
Recall, Moore was born in Takoma Park, Maryland, to father William Westley Moore Jr., a broadcast news journalist, and mother Joy Thomas Moore, a daughter of immigrants from Jamaica and a media professional.
From all of us at Excel Global Media Group Inc USA, we wish the governor the very best of office.
