The Nigerian President has been briefed on the ongoing protest by Nigerians against popular anti-robbery unit of the Nigerian Police Force, SARS.
According to a tweet by Bashir Ahmad, New media aide to President Buhari, Nigerians have the rights to protest and rightful decisions will be taken.
“Good people of Nigeria have every right to protest the #PoliceBrutality or anything they see is not going on well. The President was briefed yesterday by the IG of Police, I am very sure action will be taken and in the best interest of Nigerians.” He tweeted
The #EndSARSProtests have continued in many states of Nigeria with protesters demanding for an end to Police brutality that has led to death of many youths.
