Major entry and exist points in the ancient city, Benin were blocked by protesting Benin youths in continuation of the #EndSARS Protest happening across the country last weekend.
Hundreds of worshippers walked long distance to their place of worship and back home.
The entire Auchi-Benin Road by Eyaen axis of the by-pass all the way to Aduwama was blocked with the youths chanting ‘Buhari Must Go’.
The Benin-Lagos highway, the main gate of Ageen Aluminum and under the pedestrian bridge by the University of Benin main gate were not left out as other set of protesters took over the areas, making it impossible for anybody entering or exiting the state to wander through the inner street roads.
This is as the EndSARS protests continue nationwide.
