Renowned Nigerian singer and activist, Charles Oputa, popularly known as Charly Boy, has made a stunning revelation about his recent battle with prostate cancer.
The talented artist disclosed this news to his fans and followers via his Instagram page on Saturday, where he expressed gratitude to God for surviving the ailment.
According to Charly Boy, he had been grappling with prostate cancer for over ten days, and he considers his survival to be the most significant blessing he has received from God.
In a heartfelt message, the singer acknowledged the support he received from his family and the exceptional medical team that treated him.
Accompanied by a video of his departure from the theatre, Charly Boy wrote, “I have fought many battles in my short life, and most times, I emerge victorious. Prostate cancer may have tested my resolve, but it couldn’t break my spirit. It couldn’t destroy my hope, and it couldn’t cripple my love.”
