Buhari’s Campaign Director General, Zonal Campaign Coordinators are Corrupt – PDP
reacts to leaked audio by Reno Omokri
Leading opposition party in Nigeria, People’s Democratic Party has reacted to the leaked audio byReno Omokri, inviting Nigerian to note that the Director General of the President Muhammadu Buhari campaign organization and a majority of the zonal coordinators are individuals with alleged cases of corruption.
This was said in a series of tweet on the party’s official twitter handle.

“Since the audio recording leaked last Friday, neither Rotimi Amaechi nor the Buhari Campaign Organization has mustered the strength to deny or offer any cogent explanation on the matter, an indication that President @MBuhari has lost the loyalty of his support base.”
“This development amply shows that the @MBuhari Campaign Organization is in agreement with Amaechi that Buhari’s incompetence, nepotism, insensitivity and corruption, and not the 16 years of the PDP in government, are responsible for the myriad of problems facing our nation.”
“Our party therefore holds that President @MBuhari lacks the honour and integrity to campaign and seek for votes since his Campaign Organization is holding him directly responsible for the biting economic hardship and security problems in our country Nigeria
“The @OfficialPDPNig PCO challenges President @MBuhari to display his highly-touted integrity by handing over the list of his campaign council members to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) @officialEFCC for investigation.”
“Unlike the @OfficialPDPNig Presidential Campaign Council, which has no person with corruption case as member, the @MBuhari Presidential Campaign Council is a looters list and a catalog of ‘who is who’ in corruption.”
“The fact that President @MBuhari selected, inaugurated and sits as the Chairman of the council, with persons with corruption cases, shows that he approves and perhaps have hugely benefited from the corrupt practices for which they were indicted.”
“There are already allegations that such individuals are being spared because greater part of their loots have been diverted to fund President @MBuhari’s re-election bid.”
“This development justifies the opinion held by most Nigerians that President @MBuhari is not fighting corruption and that his much-hyped anti-corruption crusade is just an oppressive scheme against the opposition.”

Amaechi has been at the centre of the storm since a tape was released where he criticized President Buhari style of administration
