Excel Breaking News can report that Yoruba activist, Sunday Adeyemi, aka Sunday Ighoho, arrested yesterday in Benin Republic, may have been released.
According to sources, Ighoho has been released to Republic of Benin authorities by Interpol agents, who arrested him.
The sources revealed to Excel Breaking News that talks, however, are still on-going on how to move Sunday Ighoho to the United Kingdom, which is considering granting him asylum.
Counsel working on his case has indicated that Igboho cannot be extradited to Nigeria.
