BREAKING: Wizkid Loses Mum
Renowned Nigerian artist Ayodeji Balogun, more widely known as Wizkid, is in mourning as his beloved mother is reportedly dead.
Mrs. Jane Dolapo Balogun, the mother of the music sensation, passed away in the early hours of Friday, around 1:30 am, learnt Excel Magazine International.
The somber news was confirmed by none other than Sunday Are, Wizkid’s longtime manager, who expressed that Mrs. Balogun breathed her last during the quiet moments of dawn.
With a heavy heart, Sunday Are conveyed, “Yes, she died this morning, at about 1.30 am”.
The late Mrs. Balogun’s legacy extends beyond her famous son; she was also a nurturing mother to two other offspring, namely Yetunde Balogun and Lade Balogun.
