BREAKING: Ondo Governor Dissolves State Executive Council with Immediate Effect
Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa of Ondo State has announced the dissolution of the State Executive Council, Excel Magazine International can report.
Additionally, the governor has relieved all Senior Special Assistants and Special Assistants of their duties, effective immediately.
The decision was communicated through a statement by the Chief Press Secretary, Ebenezer Adeniyan on Wednesday.
According to the statement, Governor Aiyedatiwa instructed all members of the cabinet to promptly hand over their responsibilities to Permanent Secretaries or the most senior administrative officers in their respective offices.
The affected officials have been directed to surrender all government properties in their possession.
Expressing gratitude, the governor acknowledged the services and contributions of the affected officials to the development of the state.
