The former Niger Delta fighters came out in large numbers with placards to demand for payment of their allowances at Presidential Amnesty Office in Port Harcourt, Rivers State which were not paid for some months.
The ex-Niger Delta militants are protesting against alleged non-payment of their allowances as they were chanting war and solidarity songs at the Presidential Amnesty Office,in Port Harcourt on Monday.
Excel Magazine gathered that the former militants who are undergoing various skills acquisition are allegedly not paid their allowances since August 2019.
