The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission ( EFCC) was on Monday barred by the Federal High Court in Abuja from arraigning the ex Comptroller-General of Nigeria Customs Service, Abdullahi Dikko.
In the judgement,Justice Nnamdi Dimgba ruled that the non-prosecution agreement entered into,between Abubakar Malami,the Attorney General of the Federation and Mr Dikko was binding on EfCC.
