A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja had given the Department of State Service (DSS) 24 hours to release the convener of Revolution Now Movement and Publisher of Sahara Reporters, Omoyele Sowore and his co-defendant, Olawale Bakare.
Justice Ijeoma Ojukwu in a rescheduled commencement of the defendants’ trial, opined that she had signed the warrant for the release of the defendants from DSS custody and ordered that the defendants should be released within 24 hours
