BREAKING: D’Banj Arrested, Detained Over Fraud Allegation in Nigeria

Oladapo Oyebanji, better known by his stage name as D’banj, has been arrested and detained by the Independent Corrupt Practices and other Related Offences Commission, ICPC for allegedly diverting millions of N-Power funds with the help of some government officials.
He is now being held at the Federal Capital Territory of Abuja’s ICPC Headquarters, further gathered by Excel Magazine International.
Premium Times had earlier exclusively reported that D’banj was arrested and detained on Tuesday
D’banj said to have been invited on several occasions for questioning but refused to show up, claiming that he was out of the country for scheduled concerts.
However, ICPC operatives forced him to surrender after threats that he’d be arrested anywhere in the world, if he failed to show up.
