Allen Onyema, CEO of Air Peace, faces fresh charges in the U.S. for obstruction of justice in connection with a long-standing case involving bank fraud and money laundering. Onyema and his associate, Ejiroghene Eghagha, allegedly falsified documents to hinder the investigation into the transfer of $44.9 million.
