Popular entertainer, Mr Charles Oputa, better known as Charly Boy or Area Fada has walked down the aisle with his long time wife, Lady Diane. This is coming after 39 years of marriage. Charles Oputa said he was holding the ceremony to please his mother who is currently 101 years of age.
The ceremony which held on December 15, 2018 at Gwarinpa Abuja and was officiated by Catholic clergy, Bishop Mathew Hassan Kukah. Archbishop of Abuja Catholic Diocese, Cardinal John Onaiyekan, was also present at the wedding ceremony. He admonished the couple to live in love and ensure respect of the marital vows.
